How to delete your account

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to the “Profile” tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, to the “Account” section.
4. Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, including your email address and display name.
• All of your prediction tickets.
• Your points, rank and history in every tournament.
• Your membership of private leagues.

Leagues you ran

A private league you ran that has other players passes to its longest-standing member, so it keeps working for them. A league in which you were the only member is deleted with your account.

When it happens

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and no way to restore the account or its data after you confirm. Signing in again with the same email address creates a new, empty account.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Install it again, sign in and follow the steps above. If you cannot sign in, write to us at the address at the bottom of this page from the email registered on the account, and we will delete it for you.
